How to play The Daily

Five clues, five words and one shared pool of word pieces. The Daily is Lexicon’s daily word puzzle: work out each answer, then build it from the pieces in front of you. A new puzzle arrives at midnight in Sydney.

1. Read a clue and look for the pieces that could make its answer.
2. Select pieces in order, then check your word. Solved words use up their pieces.
3. Keep going until you have solved all five clues. Hints are available when you need a hand.
